Besides logging into the Wallet app, you have to enable "Tap and Pay" in the device settings. The Wallet app prompts you to do this, but maybe you missed it.

So far it's been working fine for me. When it doesn't work, I try my credit card that has paypass in it and every time it was the reader not working correctly.

Roaming controls. If you want to be able to use data roaming in the US (domestic), you have to select this.

Glad to see I wasn't the only one. The first person wanted me to send it back to HTC. I'll give her credit, after I told her "ummm, no" she took the time to talk to other people for me. Unfortunately, when she went through 3 people, she told me again to send it to HTC. I didn't give up, and...

I am also getting a replacement. And also got my shipping confirmation today. They had NO idea how to handle it when I called. Long story short, one rep had to send me a return kit, but someone from "escalations" had to place the order for the new phone for me.

Ugh, I have to go to a sprint store tomorrow so they can verify it. Something tells me I'm not walking out of there with a new phone. :-\ Hopefully they can just order one and let me keep this one until it arrives, but I won't hold my breath.
