I just flashed the new factory image (4.4) but i haven't downloaded the new binaries. I don't know what they are, or how to flash them (I just learned how to flash the factory image today). Do I need them or are they in the factory image itself?

Are there any apps that take advantage of the new immersive mode? I just flashed the factory images on my nexus 4 but none of my apps have support for it.

Looks like we're getting the update with the GPE's which kind of sucks but ohwell..

It will probably be fixed once 4.4 is out or just a fix update by google play

While reading the XDA nexus 4 forums I noticed that the nexus 4 was released on 13th November 2012. Could this mean Google is waiting for 13th November to push the KitKat update as a 1 year anniversary celebration thingie? PS ...

I just updated my Hangouts (with SMS support) and Google Keyboard from the play store. The keyboard is totally meant for KitKat judjing by its style. Does that mean we're getting kitkat soon? Like tomorrow ;_;

Is it going to be a problem updating to the actual 4.4 kitkat with this 4.4 launcher + the new google now and the new google services installed?
