    $100 rebate link

To be extra thorough I did a Factory Reset - I wanted to keep the old crap out and get the "prestine" experience. Every bit of data I can back up has been.. Right now I'm looking at the eye on my first reboot. Yeesh, that first reboot takes a loooong time... Yay, Preparing Device...

    $100 rebate link

I used to run Cyanogen on my OG Droid. :-) Well..... ok.. my temptation finally won.. I am pushing 242 on and I am hoping for the best here. Hopefully it is as people suspect: the release. If not, I'll update to whatever it is. In SamuriHL I trust!

    $100 rebate link

Fear mostly. To use a skiing analogy, updating would be skiing out of bounds and if you trigger/get caught in an avalanche you're screwed, so it's easier to gripe about why the ski run doesn't include that territory. I've been seriously vacillating on whether to install 242.. back and forth...

    $100 rebate link

Either we get JB or the $100 thing. So either frankly is a win. True, they do need more communication on this - which has been a big weak spot on the part of Motorola, they REALLY need to beef it up. This is true, ICS is a prerequisite. The carrier is of no consequence. Samsung has done...

Well, frankly Motorola cannot rely on VZW to look after its own interests! Motorola has to.

    ICS update received!

And you sir are the leading candidate to receive ICS first - and by that I mean Ice Cold Suppository.

    Droid bionic 2

There is no such phone and likely never will be. Motorola's marketing on the Verizon network is completely centered on the RAZR.

    ICS next week?

Where did you see that SamuriHL? Somehow I suspect you could be well right.

What do you think of the droid bionic after a year?

Overall I do like my Bionic. It has aged and held up well as it really is a pretty powerful phone. It has lots of very nice capabilities features. While some of Motorola's features have been quite nice and given their phones some distinction from the rest, it also comes with a lot of...

    Bionic official ota ics?

In terms of sheer numbers of units.. surely the RAZR far outnumbers the Bionic - seems strange that they would pick that one first when it comes to things that may not be ready for prime-time. Either way, we're hungry for it!!

    Bionic official ota ics?

No kidding! Already on the Motorola forums there are quite a few disgruntled bionic users doing the same. God willing, soon. The bionic has been a test in patience from its much delayed release to now it receiving ICS. I for one am starting to run out of patience with Motorola's handling of...

    ICS next week?

Anyway, to pull this thread back on track: chewing out Motorola over their poor handing on this situation. Moto's forums have definitely exploded over this: https://forums.motorola.com/hives/80da4495ba/summary Hopefully they will hear us.

    ICS next week?

TeamViewer, PocketCloud and others - a lot those log into your computer using RDP. Experiment around with that and your computer. You'll have to set your computer up likely to allow the remote connection (Google that) - only thing is if your computer is not behind a router or firewall I would...
