Fitbit Ionic - worth it for $299?

Hmm. After all the trouble I have had with the Surge, it will not be worth the effort. I cringe at the thought of getting a bad Fitbit Ionic and having to replace it with customer service 4x times just to get a working fitness band. I am definitely in the market for another brand. Fitbits are...

So, why do I need a new phone?

We will always find reasons to get a new smartphone. For example, I have the Moto Droid Turbo, I cannot complain about its quality. I know that I will never convert to Apple. But I need a slightly bigger screen, a new improved battery for my constant multitasking. But I am overall happy with...

i have an old S4 wtith about 800 contacts. I am trying to export

Silly question. But, is it possible to access all those contacts from the Google account associated with the s4 at that time? You can also add the Gmail account you used on the s4 to your new phone and temporarily save the contacts to your phone then export them to your new Gmail account if it...

    Issues after Marshmallow update

Maybe try a second factory reset. Let everything load as far as configuration goes. Then see if the dust settles a little easier for you.

DROID TURBO: Android 6.0 Marshmallow Rollout

I just read an article that mentioned, initially, the battery will usually take some time to recalibrate especially after downloading and installing the upgrade, apps and doing all the heavy processes related to setup of the smartphone. In saying that, I did have a concern about how fast the...

DROID TURBO: Android 6.0 Marshmallow Rollout

I did have wifi disconnect issues at first. I immediately thought to remove my wifi SSID from my phone and reconnect it again from scratch. My phone never gave me an issue again. Give it a try and let me know if it works for you.

DROID TURBO: Android 6.0 Marshmallow Rollout

True. I did notice that my battery dies faster. I thought that it was the command center doing it. I will post what I find. I welcome any advice from users with the droid turbo/marshmallow experience.

DROID TURBO: Android 6.0 Marshmallow Rollout

Re: OTA 6.0 back up... The complete download of the update took about an hour. The complete install and reboot took approx. 25-30 minutes. Note: I wasn't comfortable leaving it as is. I factory reset the phone after the update and loaded all the apps manually. Just FYI for others here also.
