As of tonight, Bixby Vision shopping is live on Verizon, I got the update in the Galaxy App Store on my S8+.

Look at the horrible reviews on those, that and the price should convince you not to waste your money on any of those you listed.

It may not be a bug, the double press to open and close might have been implemented to prevent accidental launches.

I have the Verizon version of the S8 Plus, and double press opens up Bixby for me, another double press closes it.

Well, it does and it doesn't. On Lollipop, you can pick up on Band 12 with Google Fi on the Nexus 6, but no VoLTE, calls will default to HSPA or EDGE. You can also flash a L radio onto the 6 running Marshmallow, but again you'll only have Band 12 data, no VoLTE. As for the 6P, it seems you're...

Correction, only Project Fi users on M can't access T-Mobile Band 12, normal T-Mobile customers can access Band 12 on their Nexus 6 with M. I know, I put my T-Mobile SIM back in, and Band 12, as well as the hidden settings under cellular, came back.
