Hello I reset my phone dictionary as in cleared personalized words right. but after this, the dictionary doesnt show.. ive tried the setting and tried to clear the data but no luck. when i type i.e an email.. the prompt doesnt show. my personal words are never stored

I need some clarification When I put my phone on silent. it does not remain on silent. I'll put it on silent, then someone calls and it will beep once.. i.e the sound it makes when you switch from silent to loud from the quick task bar. Then when a person calls the second time, it rings loud.
