You mean 39? DHD is averaging 39-41 on Linpack. I've run linpack a few times and I average around 40 mflops. (completely stock, no root) Make sure to turn "USB Debugging ON", saves battery life in case you didn't read that yet.

a quick google search will give you all the info you need. Just turn "USB Debugging - ON", this fixes most of the battery drain. Also, turn off the useless sync items, or reduce the frequency. I highly suggest properly charging the battery once every couple weeks or so. Charge to full with...
