    We've been testing on and off all day today, but not in the same room. Tried out Textra too, but I'm not willing to give up scheduling messages in the stock app. So far no changes. I did make my displeasure with T-Mobile's customer service known when they sent a survey for my inquiry.

    I did contact T-Mobile. Their tech support person (Daniel) was incredibly UNhelpful, and when I pointed out that Husby and I were using the exact same model phone with the exact same settings, he hung up on me. So... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    My husband and I are having the same problem. We just received our Samsung Galaxy S8s on Wednesday through T-Mobile (our carrier for the past 18 months). We both immediately noticed the delivered/read/typing notices in Messages and loved it (our 4-year-old previous phones didn't have that)...
