Dont use CWM it doesnt work with the viper.

Re: [COT][TOUCH]Project Open Cannibal Touch Tried this recovery today I think there is a select problem still. Holding down the power button for bit longer than an instant gets you to the next menu, but do it again sends you back to main menu. Anyone fixed this yet?

I'm new to this level of software manipulation but I really want to root my phone. Got the drivers installed, phone shows up in cmd, green text, debugging/security mode enabled/disabled... just have to press the #1 button. What are the risks of bricking this bad boy? I cant really get a new...
