That's unfortunate to hear, this is the first I've heard of the microphone ports not lining up on the Spigen Neo Hybrid. Also, is the Seidio Active really going to be less girth added than the Neo Hybrid?

Have you seen the newly leaked Galaxy S4 Active? It's going to be out in July in case you still have time left to return yours. Although further reports are showing it's not actually waterproof but water resistant. Still more rugged though. As far as Lifeproof.... they still haven't even...

While this may be true, the OP was specifically referring to the 50gb promotion through Samsung and specifically with AT&T. I'm not sure how much free storage you can get without this promotion, but the front page appears to state only 2gb. Dropbox site explains here...

Yes, very much so. See this thread over at XDA. This includes all of the AT&T bloatware in addition to Samsungs. You don't have to disable all of the items listed, just the ones you know you can do without or don't want. How to Remove Bloatware without Rooting - xda-developers
