    Cannot wipe data/hard reset because there is a need for a lock screen password

    good day, i have same issue on my OPPO A3S, i also forgot my pass code. Then i try to hard reset with the combination key button, then when i click the wipe date, it is still have a lock screen . Please help me for this matter, for now i cannot use my OPPO A3S. thank you
