    I'm having trouble installing non market apps. I have already checked the box in NookColorTools and I'm still getting the error message saying apk files are supported. I just did the update of 1.1.0 rooted

    I didn't know I needed to install clockwork recovery. It did reflash and install the update but all of my information was still on there and it didn't give me the option to register.

    I tried to interrupt the reboot 8 times and it isn't restoring to factory. Can't I just erase and deregister the device and get the same result?

    I did that and I got a "daemon not started" and "daemon started successfully on the next line. Then I get the "error device not found" after that, all I get is the error message.
