You can only Price Match contract phones if you are planning to pay full price and not the discounted price. I Priced Matched my HTC One because I bought it full price, I showed them the Sprint site offering the one for $549.99 and they did it without a problem.

Jelly Bean does have Google Now on your EVO. Hold the home button for a few seconds and Google Now will launch.
