I haven't encountered any of these problems, but I had the phone rebooting itself when uninstalling apps from Google Play (not from the app drawer / settings). Happened a couple of times. I also have a friend who had the same issue, but different phone, so it's not hardware.

I agree, if you have an idea for the next facebook, stop wasting your time and start learning to code, today. Otherwise, there are many freelance sites out there.

Still own a Nexus 4 and still like it. Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S before it. Always preferred the Nexus line for "pure" Android experience. But right now I would probably buy the Galaxy Note 4.
