I preordered the Verizon S9+ from Best Buy. This may be a stupid question, but does anyone know if a new sim card will be included in the box? My current phone has a micro sim, so I'll need a nano. Not interested in cutting it down myself.

No, I've never used Kies before. When the update failed it said I should try Kies, so I downloaded it to give it a shot. It recognizes that the tablet is connected, but it doesn't show any updates available.

The downloaded update keeps failing, and Kies doesn't even show that an update is available. What else can I do?

I've been having the same problem. Usually the battery life is great, but the past few days I've been losing 6-9% an hour while I'm not even using it. Battery info shows google services keeping the phone awake for hours.

I have not found a fix for this issue. However, while searching for info on another problem I'm having with hangouts, I found some other people reporting problems with getting messages over mobile data. Google Groups Google Groups Google Groups Google Groups Hopefully Google is looking into it.

Mobile data and WiFi are always on, though I do not connect to WiFi at work, just at home. When the messages were sent yesterday I was on mobile data, and I received them this morning at home on WiFi. I do not use any task killer apps.
