    Can't boot rom manager

    Figured it out. Uninstalled rom manager and then installed bootstrap recovery. Then installed rom manager again. Booted and sure enough it worked. For some reason bootstrap was not there after the apex install. Forgot about that app.

    no update.zip

    Ok so I am new to the custom rom scene, and I'm not too sure about a couple things. When I download the custom rom, it usually comes in a zip file. However it is not an "update.zip", there are a bunch of folders: meta-inf, sdcard, system, and a file called boot. Not sure what to do with these.

    Ok so i followed the instructions here: How to: Create a Full Nandroid Backup on a DROID X - Droid Life: A Droid Community Blog except for I switched out for the droid 2. Ran bootstraper, rebooted, and created the backup. So my question is, if I should screw something up, and I can't boot...
