Well yes . Right now my phone doesn't have a motor plugged on it. I removed it. Didn't plug it back again because it still vibrates continuously. I'm just wondering if that's bad or if my phone will be damage if I removed the motor permanently.

no. it stops vibrating when i unplug it. but when i plug it back and closes the lid of the phone it starts vibrating again continuously even when phone is turned off.
