Ok with that train of thought, i would suggest the Nexus for it's device life. When Google announces it's next OS, you know the Nexus will be getting it. Meanwhile the S3 will be probably just getting Jelly bean.

The Nexus is free at best buy. The S3 may be great hardware, but if you can get a free Nexus, do it.

Im not an idiot. I understand the Nexus 7 is a tablet. I said i think it was this years nexus Device. If a Nexus phone comes out this year, what ui would Google showcase on it? I doubt we see 4.1 and 5.0 in the same year.

i think the Nexus 7 WAS the new Nexus device. It was made to showcase Jelly Bean. I think the next Nexus phone won't be out until late next year.

I LOOVE 4.1. It's Incredible. And the Port is good enough to be a daily driver. It' so smooth that i don't think i'll ever overclock again. What's the point? Working at best buy, i NEVER recommend the Galaxy Nexus to customers. I feel like as a stock phone, it's extremely poor phone. The only reason i have it is for its development, longetivity and its guarantee of Jelly bean.
