    Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 MULTIWINDOW / SIDE BAR DISAPPEARED AFTER UPDATE - PLEASE HELP!!

    Go to settings and select Device. Then Home screen and change from Easy screen to Standard screen. Once you accept the Apply button you can then turn on Multi Screen via the notifications as above.
