Is there such thing as a macro for the phone to swap access points everytime the phone boots to the home screen that can be created by the Dev? I remember another's ROM that had to initiate the radio 12 seconds after boot...wasn't it Reborn? Just courious...

So you need to download CDMA workshop, along with your Optimus drivers on your computer. Then read up on a Google search, type in CDMA OPTIMUS MSL, and you will find how to use the program with your phone to find MSL. There may be a code you can enter as well to simply display it on your screen...
