Ask them if they can give you a Verizon credit for the whole price instead of a refund. Pay your bill with it. Don’t know if they will do that but I guess it’s worth a try.

I guess you are rooted or something. As said before you don’t need to flash and all that. The Verizon phones are unlocked from the get go. You shouldn’t need to do anything other than insert a T-Mobile sim and bam.

I cracked the back glass on my galaxy s8 in a pelican case, the adventurer I think. I was upset when I noticed. So I went and bought an Otterbox defender. I probably won’t ever fix it. Just gonna leave it in the case. Still not happy about it!!!

It doesn't look cracked at all. I would say just leave it. $250 is a lot for just that, maybe a crack or something but I vote no fix, keep it like it is.

Actually Samsung is attempting to force me to use bixby by having the button there were I can press it about 5 times a day by mistake. And no I don't like that button right there or use bixby at all.
