My girlfriend got hers overnight last night and it went through just fine. I'm debating on just dropping mine on my card manually rather than wait for the OTA as I have 2.3.3 leaked on mine and I can't recall if anyone's confirmed they've had the OTA show up on a leaked build of Gingerbread.

The "simple fix" WOULD be simple, provided we could access that menu to make the appropriate change. But as the OP originally pointed out, just selecting it crashes the app. In either case, I guess we now know why.

Same situation here actually, using the latest 1.5 software from T-Mobile. Hoping they realize that doesn't appear to work.
