I am in the same situation but the latest OTA update is L900VPAMC2. I rooted last week and am running the stock Samsung rom. I would also like to know how to flash this. If I take the OTA update, what happens to the root status or, for that matter, the phone?

I am having an issue with 2.06 in that it will only connect to the internet if I use no encryption between my evo and laptop. Tried going to 2.05 with the same issue. Everything works fine with no encryption, so I can do it that way, but shouldn't it also work just as well with encryption...
