You have to drag an app to the right screen, then when you do settings, the top blue toggles will be blue. Then you turn off the "show google app", and the screen cycle scroll toggle will be available to turn on. Hope you get this before return.

I know it pushes a lot more bass through my android auto in my car, but that's not through a headphone jack. In fact, I'm not sure if AA uses the usb cord for music data or bluetooth when it's playing over the cars speakers.

This happened to my wife's phone. Somehow she installed some malware. I uninstalled everything I thought could be it, but nothing worked. Finally did a factory reset and it went away. Had to reinstall her apps though.

Got phone. Got it activated. Oh my, it's pretty in Copper. Got through all the updates including 7.1.2, and this is the purest android I've seen since my old LG Nexus 5. Everything came over from old phone perfect. Held my breath and went out to my chevy truck to try AA on it's 8-inch Chevy...

I'm getting mine today, but I can tell you that coming from the Moto line, that motorola has made a design decision that ended my fandom. They make great phones, but for some stupid reason they decided that the earpiece speaker could also double as a speakerphone speaker and a ringer speaker...

Any issues connecting? This is a huge deal to me. If I can't get it to run AA, I'll have to switch to something else. I've read of some issues people were having, but I'm taking a leap of faith.

There will never be a fix for the low notifications. They're too afraid of someone suing because they hurt their eardrum since the speaker and the earpiece are the same.

My problem is that low light or hdr require you to hold the camera rock steady to keep from blurring. I own Camera Zoom FX which gets good ratings, but so far it doesn't seem much better. I'm still experimenting.

My nexus 5 had a downward firing speaker out the bottom edges of the phone. Even if it was forward firing speakers on the bottom of the phone they wouldn't be RIGHT next to your ear. But like you say, I'll eventually get the hang of it.

O.K., so yeah, maybe I was Hangry when I wrote the original post. Sorry. I do love the phone, and I'll get used to the stupid speaker. As far as research goes, I read every review out there. I even knew about the issue with LTE channel 17 and the fact that it may or may not be in this phone...

Just got an update to google now on my Moto Z play. Was excited thinking "this will fix it!", but no. Same deal. Found this thread and switched on "switch access". IT WORKS! Thanks so much.
