Finally got a message through the Android Wear app that V2.0 will be here soon and to expect changes and then it details the changes. My Fossil already has the upgrade and it is pretty neat.

But then, it will replicate itself all over again. It is odd.

Is anyone else having issues between the System Messenger and Google Android Messenger? I select the default to be Android Messenger, yet I still receive texts through both services thereby giving me a Sender unknown. I am at a loss on how to resolve this.

I thought that I read that the Mate 9 would have the Amazon Alexa assistant capabilities. Is it a hidden feature or is it coming in a future update?

You really should. The OP's write-up is %100 accurate. This phone is amazing. Not bigger than the 6p despite the larger screen size. Included in the box is a Case and they have pre-installed a screen protector on the Mate 9. Charging is really fast. Battery life is awesome.

Battery life took a noticeable hit for me. I just reinstalled stable version and battery life is markedly better.

Can anyone suggest a good alternative to the Mailbox app that is going away. I don't like the gmail app as it has those annoying ads inside the app.

All you need do is at the prompting of the 6p at initial boot, insert your sim card and voila, cell service. Works like a charm.

Has anyone noticed that when bringing up the keyboard (mine is Swiftkey), that in the navigation area there is a keyboard icon that brings up a menu to change keyboards?

Re: Who else thinks this cracking glass is a major issue Not sure if this is a point of contention leading to breakage, when I cast a youtube video or photos to my tv, man that upper glass portion of the phone gets very warm!
