Synch is on for all folders every 30 minutes. Thanks again for your help. I will pursue resolution with AOL.

When I use the AOL app it and click the mail icon it takes me to the AOL website, I sign in and all the folders are there. But when I use the Email app that came with my Galaxy S7 Edge, most of the file folders are still missing. But it sounds like your comment is still applicable, it's AOL's...

Well this is weird. I downloaded the AOL app and it gives you all their junk articles. When I hit the mail icon it takes me to their internet website to sign in. Of course all the file folders are there but I'm on the Internet not really using the app.

Under Phone Settings: Connections, Wi-Fi Calling, Mobile Hotspot and so on. No Accounts option. Selected Apps instead then Email, Email Settings, looked there and then clicked on the specific aol account name. Still didn't find anyplace to log out. Googled it and didn't find any answers how to...

I've never had this problem with the email app that came with the Galaxy S7 Edge.

I'm sorry, I can't locate where to log out on my Galaxy S7 Edge. Googled it and still can't locate.

BTW, I have already verified that I'm using IMAP server not POP. I also deleted the aol account again and added it back. The same few file folders show up but all others are still missing.

The file folders are on AOL. I don't think the folders are actually saved to the phone's memory. I had access to all of them before I deleted the account and added it back. Now some random file folders show up but not anywhere near all of them. I need to have access to those folders when I'm...
