I was thinking about purchasing the Tomtom app, but after reading one of the reviews I decided against it. Is it true that it's tied to the device...

I purchased chompsms a while ago, so I was wondering if it's possible to backup the license and restore it? I'm planning on wiping the phone and starting from scratch.

So I have to join G+ in order to back up and restore? Does Helium work as well?

Do I need to have a Google+ account to backup and restore game progress? Or can I use Helium? I'm planning on flashing a new rom (currently running Revolt 4.2.2). The games I have are Asphalt 8, Candy Crush, Fast and Furious 6, and Minion Rush

I don't think it''s the N4. On my Touchpad with CM9, it does the same thing. It's a little sluggish in updating. But with the iPhone's mail app and Playbooks Messages app configured with Exchange, it updates instantly.
