They say it is Gorilla glass but don't believe the hipe. I shattered the glass on mine after it came out of the clip on my side and fell on the tile floor. :(

I just broke mine today (thanks for the jinks.) The Optimus 2X has Gorilla glass; the G2X does not. Now I gotta get this darn thing fixed!!! My advice get a good case and protector quick! Arrrrrrgggg!

Has it really been confirmed that the G2X has Gorilla glass ??? I haven't heard a definitive answer. I'm just sayin'.
