I actually had a similar thing happen to me this weekend. I was reading an article in chrome, phone froze, rebooted, and rebooted, and rebooted... Never got past the Google logo. I called Google tech support, who forwarded me to Huwawei tech support. There wasn't anything that I/they could do...
