Not true, sensors.qcom is an issue on many other qualcomm phones that don't have either of the things you mentioned. It is a glitch where all the sensors (light, proximity etc) become non-functional resulting in massive wakelocks and high cpu usage.

It's a glitch with the phones sensors in general that causes high cpu usage, not just auto rotate.The toggling of sensors on/off makes things start working normally again. Next time you see it, check the sensors tab in cpu-z. All sensors are non functional. There will also be millions of...

Sensors.qcom is not a rogue app. It's a service and high usage of it indicates a fault in the phones sensors (qcom = qualcomm) caused either by hardware fault or issue with rom.

Sorry for bump, I'm googling for some info on the sensors.qcom issue and found this thread. Geo Coupons.was not the cause. Sensors.qcom didn't stop because you uninstalled it, it stopped because you restarted the phone resetting the faulty sensors (qcom = qualcomm). I bet you have encountered...
