I flashed the leaked RUU and Scotts ICS 4.0 Rom last night. Its by far the best Rom Ive had installed since I rooted this Phone. You have to re lock your bootloader and Flash the leaked baseband first and then unlock again then re load the ROM so you'll lose everything that isnt backed up.But...

It will just take them a long time to get it out to people they are pretty careful with there updates. It seems like they like to make sure it isnt going to have lots of issues when it is released. Unlike Acer with there tablet. Want a mess that is.

If your temp rooted I think you need to undo root to get the update. I'm not sure as I didn't use this till full root. But I think I remember something about that.
