Hello there, I have the same problem here too. But in my case, the problem was, very disapointing, the problem was a hardware issue, some part of front and back camera came loose and broke internally. So that leaves my front camera busted.

I think the reason for losing all that space was from the new update files I had the same problem when I upgraded my phone. I had 21GB of space before the update, then when I saw the space after the update I have 15GB Now. Posted via the Android Central App

Get a USB cable and connect to ur computer and browse thru the files u want and save them. I'm not sure if this will work with your thing but it's worth a try. Posted via the Android Central App
