Oh, I totally forgot about the checkmarks in iTunes. I never use that feature. Thanks for letting me know the issue. Glad everything is working out for you. Stinks about losing the play count. That happens to me way too often. Well, hope you enjoy Retune!

I think this is actually a defect in iTunes 11. iTunes 11 changed quite a bit on how remotes work and I have seen many issues with it. I'm currently looking into to see if there is anything I can do to work around the issues; however, I am still in the early phases of it as I just started...
