They typically wait 5 business days from Approval to Shipment. The shipment is via USPS trackable first class mail. I am on the west coast and I got mine in 3 days. It was stuck with the status CHICAGO2CMETRO for 2 whole days and then all of a sudden it showed up in my area on the day of delivery.
