You can block notifactions from apps you don't want to see. Just press and hold the notifaction you which to block, now just tap block all notifactions and click done. You should not get notifactions from that app you selected anymore.

Same thing happens with my device when it reaches 15%. That is just your phone activing power saving mode automaticly. But however you can turn off this feature by going to Settings > Battery and power saving > Battery saving mode > Select option
