Same issue on my HTC U11. Themes is defunct. HTC quietly unplugged functionality on it in Jan. 2021.

Verizon V40's will get Android 10 system updates once they get on the Verizon network. It's automatically pushed on the phone if Android Pie is detected on it.

This one was shot with the AI cam, - no filters. Just point, focus and shoot. I have to say that overall details when viewed at 100% are disappointing due to heavy pixel binning. My older HTC U11 would outperform in this circumstance.
