I walked into my Best Buy this morning, they had 5. I got 2 of them. I just got an email from Best Buy apologizing for my pre-order delay and they sent me a $20 gift code. I am just going to return the ones coming in the mail and use the gift code, so I guess it all worked out.

My Best Buy pre-order status has changed from processing to preparing. I ordered on Nov 6th. It says I will get it by Fri, Nov 25th. In Dallas, TX.

You can store 4GB of music on the watch itself. No need to be online.

Best Buy Canada has just changed the date from the 18th to the 23rd.

I posted in Reddit and someone from the metro Detroit area also said the Best Buy people told him January 20th. Ugh!

If you aren't really entrenched in the iPhone or its ecosystem and you really want the Gear S3 badly enough, just switch to Android. Besides the GS7, there are a bunch of really great ones out there. (Pixel, HTC10, V20, One+3, etc...)

When you first turn on the watch, you need Gear Manager to activate the watch. Maybe you could buy a cheap Android phone like someone else said or switch to the S7.

I would not get an S3 with an iPhone. You need the Samsung Gear Manager app working properly for everything to function as it should. I am sure that there are some workarounds, but I still don't think it is worth the hassle. My 2 cents.

Someone on Reddit called Samsung CS and they said it was indeed two different models. The more expensive one is LTE equipped.

I agree with you on all counts. Way too many steps to do. What I do sometimes with Walmart Pay is that as soon as the cashier scans the first item, you can initiate Walmart Pay and be done by the time they finish scanning all your items, but I usually have it ready to go when I am standing in...

I have a feeling that eventually Samsung Pay is going to stop working at all Walmarts and Targets. I've been using Walmart Pay for the last 2 weeks and it has worked every single time. There are like 2 extra steps involved, but at least there is no awkwardness anymore wondering if Samsung Pay...
