    Samsung galaxy s4 mini won't turn on

    Contacted Samsung. They have asked to do the same, with no success. There is no life from the S4 mini apart of the small vibration, and the PC does not recognize the device. Samsung Customer Support said to go to a Repair Shop and to pay for the repair.

    "when I try to turn it on it vibrates but all I get is a black screen, I have tried connecting it to a pc with no result" - exactly the same, all of this after an automatic update.. Any solution?

    S4 mini Android optimising apps... will not turn on now! HELP!!!

    I had exactly the same issue.. Android update and after that, no more phone.. Dead! Would also like to know how to solve it.. Phone vibrates a little when trying to turn on, no images, no signal of life apart of that.. Any advice? Thanks
