Wi-Fi calling is easy to turn off just turn off the Wi-Fi thats all and as far as Flash Player go I think the LG Optimus T is not compatible with it. I have the same phone and I don't know why you don't want to use Wi-Fi calling It work great where there is free Wi-Fi and your phone signal is low.
