I was hacked and i want to get my tab back to original shape. They rooted it and i cant uninstall any apps. I dont care that its rooted but i do want to uninstall some harmful apps. I have no sim card in it. They did this by bluetooth stealth mode. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is there anyway to wipe it? When i do a hard reset it automatically reboots with all the apps and code they installed. Im using a VPN and incognito page. Also i cant access the developers options.
