    HELP! Dock Icons Don't Work

    T-Mobile Galaxy S3. The icons in the dock no longer do anything and I can't replace them. They act as if they aren't there. I can drop new icons on top of the existing ones, and they will work. Any ideas on what I have done, or how I can fix it?
