I know you said there is no dust in your port but have you taken a needle and scraped all the way around in the bottom of the port? Mine didn't look like anything was in it but when I did this I got a bunch of lint out. This is what I have to do about once a month or mine will also start working...

You don't have to swipe from the pill, you can swipe from the far left and don't even have to go over to the pill. That way there is no chance of accidentally activating assistant.

Did you know that you can swipe to the right anywhere on the Navigation bar and it will switch between the last two apps just like double tapping the square.

The problem is that lint has built up in the bottom of the port and won't let the cable go in all the way. Take a needle or pin and scrape all the way around the bottom of the port and you will get a bunch of lint out and it will be like new. You may also be able to use canned air. I clean mine...

My thoughts on the gesture navigation are that they should move the google search bar down to the area where the pill and back button is making the search bar the new gesture area, thus freeing up screen space. Then you would tap the G in the bar to search, tap the center for Home, long press...

Has anyone heard any rumors when Preview 4 will be released? I remembering reading somewhere that there would be two released in June but I don't know if that is true or not.

It's on the always on display. As I said, mine would work for a while then disappear on DP2 but come back by uninstalling Google app updates, but in DP3 I can't seem to get it to work at all.

My lock screen weather is not working, on the previous beta it would work for a while and the stop. I could then force stop the Google app and uninstall updates and it would start working again but have had no luck so far with preview 3. Does anyone have any ideas? I did the OTA for both.

Has anyone used the ADP app? I use this to view my paycheck and benefits from work and need to know if it works or not. I want to try the beta but I have to have access to this app.

Have you tried opening Textra? On my Pixel 2 when I open a messaging app other than the default messaging app it will ask if I want to make the app I'm opening the default.

Make sure you check your Promotions folder in Gmail, that's where my code went. I at first didn't think I was going to receive it until it was suggested to check spam.

re: I really like Message+ and have used it on the last few phones I've had but I am still currently using the stock app right now on my Pixel 2.
