I bought one off of amazon brand new $299 and I was able to unlock it. Love the phone only issue I am having with it is the fast charging feature is no longer working, on the LG fast charge adapter. Its not the cord or the adapter cause it was fast charging my old.note 4 so I am like at a list...

If you read my post I clearly stated it was not the charger and the charge is the lg fast charger .

Alright so i have had this LG v10 for about 3 weeks , it is working completely fine except for one issue that i can not seem to figure out what would be the problem . The quick charge / Fast charge is no longer working with the phone i have checked my cables and i have checked the AC adapters...
