Thanks, turning it off and on did the trick. I would like to think that I would have thought of that eventually. Yes, the stock widget works, but I only use 2 of the 5 controls in that big-a$$ widget - prefer one that takes up less space.

My razr was busted and had to be replaced. Had ICS of course, but the new replacement razr had to download ICS, and can't seem to find my apps. After a recent factory reset they all came back, pretty as you please. Any way to recover them w/o having to spend an hour in google play store getting...

I have the OTA version. Finally had to do a factory reset - somewhat of a pain, but it worked. Had pics, music, etc. backed up so it wasn't too bad. Apps and internet favorites came back also. Thanks for the responses.

Thanks for your reply. Tried the hard reset, didn't seem to do much besides turn the power on and off - maybe not doing it right (sorry, haven't had to do a reset before). Factory data reset sounds serious - how is it done and what info will I lose if I do it? Thanks
