Just upgraded to Jelly Bean. I now cannot do a screenshot - very annoying. Any ideas, please. Also, if you are about to upgrade, do make sure you have done a backup as I had to do a factory reset (I do not think this was made clear).
Just updated to Jelly Bean (offered to me, not requested) and continually have the message "android.process.media has stopped" . I now cannot use my Galaxy note 10.1. This must be addressed by Samsung, surely. On reflection, why doesn't Samsung have a "relationship" with its customers?
