    Well this is a while ago for me but it went away for me. I think it happens sometimes when your phone has been under water or has been wet recently. Try turning off your S pen and take it out and see if the problem still occurs

    Note 9 keeps waking up instantly after pressing the power button and when i swipe my notification bar down it closes instantly if i let go off the screen.
