    S7 (Verizon) Will Not Connect to PC

    My Galaxy S7 does not show any of those promps, nor does my computer.. I have downloaded the smart switch app from the Samsung site, my pc still only sees the phone, but cannot access files (i.e.: no music files, photos, nothing..just the Galaxy phone. Beyond fustrating
