yes, to both, several times. my last resort is reset to factory default?? ugh, I don't know, but clearly if I can't download anything else, it's a problem.

All was well until I downloaded two apps, now it won't download anymore. It still has 83% memory left. Everything else is working fine. And I did all the other bug fix recommendations I have read about here. But I can't get any more apps than Facebook and Twitter. What now?:(
