The only sticker on it is the one with the IMEI number so maybe that means it is new. I hope so! It came in a plain white box so I was a skeptical but there is nothing to identify it as refurbished.

Does anyone know how to tell if phone is refurbished? I just got a replacement due to headset jack not working and phone is less than 3 months old so I am hoping it it's new. I will not be super amused paying $500 for a new phone and receiving a refurbished phone.

You have to change it in your camera settings - when you're in camera app, tap the gear icon. Change volume key settings from zoom to capture. I had same problem :-)

I tried all above and determined that it's not the phone and Sprint's terrible network in Denver is to blame. Figured it out! I have a green case on my phone and the flash was reflecting off the case causing the weird green that was in all my pictures. Old case in the garbage and new one on its way.

Google Now is silent! It worked the first day - no issues, read directions and gave me weather but now, nothing. I have double-checked all my settings and I have Speech Output set to on but still no voice. Super inconvenient to try and read directions instead of listening to them. Phone is not...
