try disabling your device admin and see if it fixes it. I had to add my gmail account to the samsung provided email client to test it, because once i disable my device admin for my work account it kills sync with my work servers. but i have proven it to be something about my S7 and how it is...

I have found on the S7 there seems to be an issue with Exchange device Admin settings causing this.
